The RZIM Foundations curriculum is here! Designed to introduce a comprehensive range of apologetic arguments and strategies, it features lectures by RZIM’s team of apologists including Ravi Zacharias, Michael Ramsden, Alister McGrath, Amy Orr Ewing, John Lennox, Stuart McAllister, and L.T. Jeyachandran. Students of this rigorous curriculum will become adept at recognizing the many worldviews influencing our culture and equipped to challenge the assumptions of these worldviews. With compelling topics such as The Existence of God, Establishing a Worldview, The Trustworthiness of the Scriptures, and God, Evil, and Suffering, each study is available individually allowing you to craft your own experience according to your needs and interests. Complete with an in-depth workbook, you will find the studies foster not only knowledge but also cultivate the skills to communicate that knowledge in a way that is winsome and effective. This is one of the inaugural volumes of what will eventually be a 12-part series.
Can we really know anything for certain? If so, then how? Stuart tackles what we mean by truth and how we go about evaluating truth claims.

I want to find a good course on Christian apologetics for the layperson. I beleive that there are so many archaeological, historical, and scientific facts to support the claims of Christianity that need to be put into some sort of a logical presentation that I could use with two goals in mind. First, I beleive the Christian community needs this today more than any time in history. Most Christians, especially our kids up through their 40′s, have grown up under the teaching of the secular schools teaching Darwinism. Outwardly they talk Christianity but sometimes I think that inwardly they tend to belleive the sceince and world view they were taught in school.
Secondly I would like to be able to present the information in a public forum where the real facts could be presented in a way that would help people to see the Bible as a 21st century relevent today book that only The God of The Universe could have authered. Because the Bible is being proven 100% accurate archaeolicaly, historicaly, and scientificly in the face of secular acidemia, the message about God’s love to humanity is also 100% accurate and threrfore to be beleived.
I want to find/put together the real truth in a format that shows the truth in a factual way using slides, powerpoint, anything that will open the hearts and minds of people to the truth of God’s Word.
I have seen pictures of what is beleived to be the discovery of the Egyptian army chariots in the crossing of the Red Sea, and so many other things that if presented correctly, could help bolster the faith of many young Christians.
So ——– can you help me?
I think this is a great idea. A good place to start training at present is with MP3s from say Ravi Zacharias. However, a simple layperson-level course is perhaps a bit more difficult. Lee Strobel has some good books for kids and adults also.
I think that developing such a course would be beneficial to us all. I have written a five part course that I used a couple of years ago, but it really needs refining and I have no time to do this at present.
I suggest that you post on http://talk.thinkingmatters.org.nz and ask them about starting a wiki-style apologetics course that could be edited by various people.
